Practical AI automation for real businesses. Eliminate repetitive tasks and build systems that run while you sleep.

The automations worth building are the ones replacing work someone is doing by hand right now — triaging a support inbox, chasing an unpaid invoice, confirming an appointment, answering a phone that rings while everyone is busy. The common shape is a task that is high-volume, low-judgement, and currently eating an hour a day of someone who should be doing something else.

Every guide in this category starts from that task rather than from a tool. What the manual process actually costs, where a model can take over a step without a human checking it, where a human still has to sign off, and what the whole thing runs to per month once it is live. Pricing is quoted from vendor pricing pages at the date of writing, because this is a space where the public numbers move.

The honest caveat on all of it: automating a broken process gets you a faster broken process. If the handoff is unclear when a person does it, it will be unclear when a workflow does it, only now nobody is watching.
